BMW of Norwood tried to scam me on a $2000 suspension service for something that was not even needed to be fixed. Went to an independent BMW shop to verify the issue that BMW of Norwood said it was (they said thrust arms bushings need to be replaced), however, an independent shop verified that the issue I was experiencing had nothing to do with the suspension at all. BMW Norwood didn’t even take any photos or have any evidence to show me the parts that needed to be repaired/replaced. Completely broke my trust, yet another BMW stealership.
I encountered a courteous and attentive service personnel who make experience at this dealership really pleasant.
Doug was an excellent Service Advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He went above and beyond to help facilitate my vehicle’s repairs. Thank you BMW of Norwood service department. In the past, I had used other service centers for my 2007 650i. What brought me back to BMW of Norwood was the trust I have with Teresa and Jenny and the mechanics. My vehicle was properly diagnosed, and given a well recorded video from the mechanic showing the defects. Teresa and Jenny kept me well informed of the repairs and costs associated with it. The communication was amazing, I highly recommend using BMW of Norwood service center
Carlos put things together quickly explain things to me being layperson. He was like orchester leader. He explained everything in end. HE focused what I needed for this service .
This is my 2nd order through BMW Norwood. The first time I ordered and worked with them, I really enjoyed the experience and thought Pavlo Hoshovsky and Steve Martin were really great to work with. What does that mean? First, they were extremely easy to work with. There was no pressure, they were always friendly and smiling (and I am not always easy to work with on car sales), and knowledgeable but also gave me space to think things through (again no pressure). In and out. No high sales pitch. Rep told me it’ll take at least 3 hours for alignment and oil change so they ubered me to work and back to the dealer after everything was done.
I visited for service to get an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers. They did the rotation, then pushed balancing on me and a $956 repair to a wiring harness, but never provided the windshield wipers I authorized and asked for. I have ordered the wipers and now need to install myself. My rep was Hayt and I had him last year. I was not completely happy with his service last year pushing a new expensive tire on me saying he could not fix. I really like the dealership but I will ask for a different service rep the next ... I had a scratch on my tire, and they replaced the wheel but neglected the rim scratch. Despite waiting 3.5 hours, the service advisor was sincere and work hard to attempt for the tire replacement to be covered the cost with the tire and wheel protection plan (after two attempts of sending it over).
Worst experience at this dealership. This dealership is full of arrogant and unhelpful service advisors and cashiers. I have three BMW vehicles and have been loyal To this brand for over 25 years, and I will certainly take my vehicles elsewhere to get them serviced. I’ve lived in four different states and BMW Norwood is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to and the worst I’ve been treated.
Quick oil change. Fast and easy. Car came out washed and clean. And got to watch a World Cup soccer game being played 5 miles down Route 1.

Great experience everytime I go. Hayk always gets me an appt for service when needed and informs me of what work is needed to be done. They are always up front and transparent with me.
