Every one I met with was very accommodating, friendly and customer focused. A very pleasurable experience. I attended a BMWCCA Undercarrige Tech session with my 1973 BMW 2002 and was a bit nervous having a 50 year old plus vehicle. However, the friendliness of all dealership personnel and their interest in my car was just fantastic and put me at ease. They also indicated that the owner had an agave (like mine, I think 1975) downstairs at the dealership that is to be restored. Thus much of their interest. It was a very enjoyable day with great people, both from the club and dealership!

I went here for an undercarriage tech inspection as BMWCCA member. Everyone was very helpful and kind. From the person who checked me in to the service advisor who took my info and then offered to take care of an open recall while I was there. The mechanic was super gracious with his time. He talked me through all the major comments of my car and patient answered all my questions.

Customer service is exceptional, wait time is minimal, and my service advisor Michelle was very informative.

Very good experience at Norwood recently. Bought a CPO 430 at another BMW dealer two months ago and turned on AC for first time and no cold air. Norwood quickly diagnosed problem and at all stages kept me informed via text which I appreciated. Very good experience

Dishonest service person tried to say I needed new wipers. Followed up with local mechanic today, the day after and he said they were perfectly fine and I passed inspection. Your tech showed me a picture of my blades with a tear that does not exist

The usual poor customer service. Out of state buyer, called over 10 times to ensure I lock in a sale. Staff was great, but the reason for my rating is that I had a scheduled appointment for a recall have the bolts replaced on the rear cargo rail attachment bolts. The book calls for this to take an hour and I was there for around two hours. Other than that the staff was amazing and the facility very clean

Bought a new 2025 530i, Great knowledge by sales staff. They worked hard to order just the car I wanted. Car was in NY shipyard when I committed, but took two months to arrive. Only concern for me was spotty communication. I got no updates on the final shipping status to the dealership during those two months unless I made the inquiry. They often didn’t know exactly where the car was at a given time until it arrived. In any case car is truly excellent. Would use the dealership again.

They do not keep their word and messed with the settings on my car when I brought it in for a recall, not to mention they didn’t even have the parts needed for my recall. I had a 7am appointment and got told I would receive a call for updates that morning. I didn’t receive a call till around 3pm. When I did it was to tell me they needed my car for another day. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Leanne is simply the best. I came in with a big job on my new (used) bmw x1. She worked well with me and the claims agent, making sure everything was done with ease. Thank you Leanne and to the mechanics.
